Never Say Never is the second studio album by American singer Brandy. It was released on June 9, 1998, by Atlantic Records. The album was produced by Rodney Jerkins and his team, and features a mix of R&B, pop, and hip hop genres.

The album was a commercial success, debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 chart in the United States and selling over 16 million copies worldwide. It spawned four hit singles: "The Boy Is Mine" (featuring Monica), "Top of the World" (featuring Mase), "Have You Ever?", and "U Don't Know Me (Like U Used To)".
