Mercy Chinwo is a Nigerian gospel singer and songwriter. She was born on September 5, 1990, in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. She began singing at a young age and won several singing competitions. In 2012, she won the Nigerian Idol Season 2. She has since released several hit songs, including "Oko Mi" and "Greatness."

Mercy Chinwo's music is a blend of contemporary gospel and traditional African sounds. Her songs are known for their catchy melodies and inspiring lyrics. She has released three studio albums: "The Mercy Project" (2017), "Oko Mi" (2018), and "Greatness" (2020).

Mercy Chinwo is married to Blessed Uzochikwa, a pastor and entrepreneur. They have one daughter together.
