The EP Review! Soft has the Popstar Aura on "Vibrations" and it proves his Greatness

Soft showcased his strength and music-making experience all through the five tracks. He wasn't evasive but carefully loosened his thoughts to paint images of his current career state

Soft glides through various topics on his debut extended play without being evasive. He is a confident creator with the qualities of an ardent pop star, and it qualifies his promising state in the Nigerian music landscape.

Sometimes, Soft becomes personal on "Vibrations", other times he folds braggadocio on a lower level and along the line frame himself as the lover who's going insane for his woman.

Well, Soft believes in himself. He confessed he is losing his mind on "Insane", the second track after "Hustle", the opening record that he was focused on being a source of motivation to the hustlers and those who seek freedom through the work they engage in. Soft also believe in hard work as it was expressed from the onset and closed with striking words which say, "You let the mixture of fear and laziness fuck with your goals..."

On "Insane" however, Soft flares qualities of a legit pop star who keeps requesting he wants to cool his mind with his woman. His head seems filled up even as he professed he hears voices in it and appeals to his woman that she doesn't make him lose his mind.

Meanwhile, He encounters the pressure of a pop star, especially as the one who needs a special woman by the side to cool him down just as Wizkid would never fail to tell through the myriad and collective stories of his records. "Somersault", becomes the third track where he partially grows egoistic mixed with a firm belief in himself to conquer his detractors and those who doubt his abilities.

Somersault is where Soft keeps faith and anchors everything to the words of his mother who told him never to give up rather, that he should strive harder. She believes in his dream and alters encouraging words to keep his spirit alive enough to make him win despite the baits of his denigrators.

Soft believes that one day he would make it to the Grammys and earn a spot on Billboard. He believes his ability would take him to the level He yearns for. Although the project was short and rendered in the solo effort as it kept proving the place he belongs amongst his contemporaries.

1dabanton's instrumentation and vocal effort on "Commot Body" become notable and makes the track stand out on the project, alongside the input of other delectable record producers like Blaise Beats who dished a firmly renowned pop creation on "Insane"Ozedikus handled exquisitely for Soft's most personal and egoistic testament unraveled on "Somersault" alongside BeatbyWay on a more intense effort seen through the window of "Hustle", SKBaddest for the Tekno's esque "Hotboi". The project sequencing, mixing and sound engineers performed at a height that designed the EP victorious from Vtek, Indomix, and Swap's effort wasn't misplaced either.

In conclusion, Soft's Vibrations doesn't lack what it takes to prove greatness. He has the pop star aura right from the days he tells intense stories from his 2018 "Money" and also had a remix with Wizkid later in 2019. Soft showcased his strength and music-making experience all through the five tracks. He wasn't evasive but carefully loosened his thoughts to paint images of his current career state, hoping and yearning for the best.
